Military attachés from 19 countries visit the 11th Brigade 'Extremadura'

A group formed by 19 military attachés has visited the 11th Brigade 'Extremadura' at its 'General Menacho' base's headquarters, in Bótoa (Badajoz), the 27th of September, accompanied by Colonel Carlos Diéz De Diego, Military Attachés Section's Chief of the International Relationships Centre, organizer of the activity.

Many military representants in Spain from Belgium, Brasil, Canada, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Portugal, United Kingdom, United States, Russia, Switzerland and Uruguay came to the activity.

The unit's chief himself, General Francisco J. Dacoba, after welcoming the representants, offered them an exposition about the Brigade, complemented by a video, in which the abilities and the materials belonging to it were summarized.

Afterwards, the attachés carried out a tour, going all over the base's facilities, and attending to a simulators' practical performance belonging to the Brigade, as well as to a dynamic exhibition of combat vehicles.
