A delegation from the Italian Brigade "Pinerolo", headed by its chief, General Francesco Bruno, was welcome in Zaragoza the 18th and 19th of October by its Spanish "sister": 1st Brigade "Aragón".

The Spanish brigade organized many activities to show its means, capacities and organization to its army italian "brothers", including a tactic demonstration.

It was also planned a calendar of bilateral activities that covers the rest of this year and 2018; furthermore a twinning commemorative plaque was presented at the Staff's gate of the 1st Brigade "Aragon".

This approach to Brigade "Pinerolo" is framed inside of the twinning programme that the Army conducted in order to move forward in the interoperability with the Army's units of its allied countries.

Through these meetings and activities of common military training, they expect to build up professional and personal bonds among the personnel of different units in order to facilitate the incorporation of future combined groups in international missions.
