The Tercio de Extranjeros swears allegiance to the flag for the first time in October 1920. This act took place in Ceuta, in the Tarajal plains, with the Flag of the 69th Infantry Regiment "Serrallo", as the Tercio did not yet have its own flag. In the foreground is Lieutenant Colonel Millán Astray, Lieutenant Lizcano de la Rosa is acting as flag bearer and on the right is the Commander of the First Flag, Major Franco.

Solemn procession at the burial of Lieutenant Colonel González Tablas, the Commander of the Ceuta Regulars, on May 13, 1922. The funeral procession is passing through the old Plaza de San Juan de Dios.
