The Army Museum has areas that are accessible to all users with disabilities, designed for their benefit and convenience when visiting our installations. Disabled visitors should use the group entrance when entering the Museum.
There are lifts and ramps to allow visitors to move from one level to another in the historical building of the Alcázar de Toledo, to enable them to visit the rooms on each floor. Should you require help, please do not hesitate to ask the security staff.
Blind people can enter and move around the Museum with a guide dog upon presentation of the appropriate documentation.
