The Fulmar X of Thales, the Thepherd Mil of Expal Systems or the Atlantic 75 of Everis were some of the unmanned aerial systems that carried out their flight demonstrations on the runway of the "Conde de Gazola" base in San Andrés del Rabanedo (León), as part of the programme of the UVEX (Unmanned Vehicle Exhibition), held from the 29th to the 31st of May in León.

With this collaboration, the Army has joined the largest event specialized in autonomous or remotely manned systems held so far in Europe, aimed at a specialized professional audience, and dedicated to defense and security. The first unmanned land vehicle developed in Spain was also presented at this base.

The Army also contributed speakers to the series of conferences, held at the Exhibition Centre in León, which brought together more than 60 experts from the Armed and Security Forces, international organisations such as NATO, the European Commission, Frontex, Europol and the UN itself.

Along with them, more than 50 exhibiting companies, Spanish and multinational, and 3,000 professionals in this field.
