Welcome to the HQ NRDC-ESP website, one of the Alliance’s Rapid Deployable Corps Headquarters and the only high profile NATO organization based in Spain.

HQ NRDC-ESP is the international part of the Spanish High Readiness Land Military Staff HQ (CGTAD), and it represents tpain’s commitment to NATO. With Spain as fthe tramework nation, there are currently nine contributing nations (France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Turkey, United States and Spain). The multinational environment provided by its almost four hundred military personnel from the different nations is the key factor that enables this Headquarters to successfully carry out all its assigned missions as tasks.

The Spanish Navy Amphibian and Expeditionary Operations Course has visited the HQ NRDC-ESP. The visit took place on May 25, 2017. This event which is taking place over the last years represents a unique opportunity to share common experiences and strenghthen the ties with the Spanish Infantry Marine Corps.
