The objective of the activity is not merely to learn a traditional sport in the Army, but it is rather a practice of military training in which cadets improve their leadership skills and decision making. Most cadets face this situation for the first time. However, all of them have the challenge of achieving the established objectives in just twenty sessions. At the end of the sessions of the fourth year, the cadets have to master the three gaits: step, trot and gallop. Besides, they will have to be able to overcome small obstacles, both on track and on field trips.
