18th Course on History and Aesthetics of Martial Music

The Institute of Military Culture and History is organising, from 13th February to 1st March, the 18th Course on History and Aesthetics of Martial Music in order to divulge the historical evolution of this type of music. It will take place in Madrid, in the Institute’s assembly hall (3 Paseo de Moret Avenue), on Monday through Thursday ,from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

The course will cover all periods and genres; from Ancient Rome up to the 2nd World War; and from epic poems to soundtracks of the latest war films. For further information consult the Military Culture and History website (www.ejercito.mde.es/ihycm) or call 917 808 742.
