Oath of Allegiance to the Flag for Civilians in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

The 26th of May in ‘Plaza de Santa Ana’ Square

‘Plaza de Santa Ana’ square in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria will be the venue on 26th May for an oath of allegiance to the Flag ceremony for civilians.  The ceremony, which will begin at 12:00 pm will be presided over by the commander of 16th Light Infantry Brigade ‘Canarias’, General Alfonso García-Vaquero.
 

The Colours that will participate in the ceremony will be from 50th Light Infantry Regiment ‘Canarias’ and the 94th Anti-aircraft Artillery Regiment. 
 

The requirements needed in order to register are to have Spanish nationality, to be of age at the time of the oath and not to have been declared legally incapacitated in an unappealable sentence. 
 

Registrations, according to the model in the attached file, may be made at the Military Palace in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (109 Triana Street); further information may be obtained by telephone on  928 447 007.
