The Army to participate in the first International Security and Defence trade fair

The first International Defence and Security Trade Fair (FEINDEF in Spanish) in Spain will take place between the 29th and the 31st of May in pavilion 8 in IFEMA in Madrid. Its slogan will be ‘Technology for a safer society’.

The event, which relies on the organisation of industrial associations such as TEDAE and ASEMIDE and on institutional help from the Ministry of Defence and other govenment ministries, is committed to the construction of the Europe Defence system by facilitating the growth of relationships and promoting research and investigation. In this international trade fair, visitors will get an idea of the Spanish industrial sector, the quality of its products, its export-oriented nature, sales, and above all the quality and quantity of people working in this sector. In FEINDEF they will be able to visit stands from national and international businesses, official organisations and international agencies in which they will present their future investments and plans.

The Army will have its own stand and different equipment, as well as taking part in different forums and speeches which will take place across all three days.
